Returns Policy


A return authorization (RA) number is required for replacement products and refunds. Where customer service has provisionally determined that a product is defect, customer service will issue you with an RA. Products cannot be returned without an RA. The product should be returned to Order and Save within 30 calendar of the issuance of the RA. Where possible, all products should be packed in the original unmarked packaging. Products must be returned whenever we agree to provide you with a refund or replace the product. Where you receive a defective product, by Australia Post E Parcel, customer service will email you a PDF voucher container an RA which you must affix to the product. Order and save will pay for returned items automatically if you notify us of your claim within 30 days of delivery. You must them take the product to an Australia Post office for return.

Change of mind /returns / store credit

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Your satisfaction is our number one priority. (However please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange simply because you changed your mind or the product was not what you expected. However, if you wish to return products in their original packaging and in saleable condition, we will provide you with a credit card refund less delivery fee. Please contact us via customer support centre to obtain a return authority number as no returns can be accepted without one. We will only provide you with a credit when we receive the return product. Return postage is at your expense.
